How to Order
Step 1: Place Your Order. Select your preferred sweatshirt colour and size to complete your checkout.

Step 2: Submit Your Photo. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet. Front-facing photos taken at eye level work best for capturing their true features and expression.

Step 3: The Stitch-Out. I will translate your photo into a detailed line-art file. If you would like to preview a digital mock-up before I run the machine, please explicitly request it in your message. Otherwise, to ensure your custom piece is completed and shipped as quickly as possible, I will proceed straight to the embroidery machine.

Garment Care
To protect the delicate details of the line-art stitching and ensure your apparel lasts for many years to come, please follow these guidelines:

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
Do not dry clean and avoid running a hot iron directly over the embroidery threads.
